This Privacy Policy explains how DealCraft Advisory s.r.o. processes personal data collected through this website and what rights you have in relation to that data. DealCraft Advisory s.r.o. is the controller responsible for your personal data. Our full company details and contact information are set out in our Legal Notice.
What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you actively provide through the contact form on this website:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- The content of your message
Apart from the contact form described above, we do not automatically collect visitor data for advertising or profiling. Details of the cookies and local storage we use are set out in the Cookies section below.
Cookies and local storage
We keep the use of cookies and similar technologies to a minimum. They fall into two categories:
- Essential — strictly necessary storage that makes the site work, such as remembering your cookie choice. These are always active and, under Section 25(2) TTDSG, do not require your consent.
- Analytics (optional) — used to understand how the site is used. No analytics or tracking are currently active; if we introduce them, they will only run after you opt in through our cookie banner.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential ones, or choose per category. Your choice is stored locally on your device so you are not asked again for around six months. You can change it at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit solely to handle and respond to your enquiry. Your data is not shared with any third party other than our technical service provider (see Third-party processors below), and it is not used for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and/or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to enquiries about our services).
Third-party processors
The contact form is operated using Web3Forms, which acts as a processor on our behalf and transmits your submission to us by email. In the course of this processing, your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Data retention
We retain the personal data submitted through the contact form only for as long as necessary to process and respond to your enquiry and to comply with any applicable legal obligations.
Your rights under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request the erasure of your data;
- request the restriction of processing;
- receive your data in a portable format (data portability);
- object to the processing of your data; and
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In the Czech Republic, the competent supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ).
